Yes. There is no cost to schools or families.
Does screening replace an eye examination?
No. Screening is designed to identify children who may benefit from further assessment by an eye care professional.
Do I need medical experience?
No. Training is provided and volunteers come from many backgrounds.
Do I have to be a Lion?
No. Everyone is welcome.
How long does training take?
Training is completed over four stages and includes practical experience.
Can clubs work together?
Absolutely. Clubs within Zones and Districts are encouraged to collaborate.
